You're not lazy — you're carrying too much

The problem was never your discipline.

You start strong. Week one is spotless. Then a deadline lands, a kid gets sick, and by Thursday the plan is a page you avoid opening. So you wait for a cleaner month to try again — and the cleaner month never comes.

Ten open loops

Everything feels urgent, so nothing gets finished.

Motivation-dependent

Good days produce miracles. Bad days produce nothing.

Quietly alone

Nobody notices when you drop the thing you cared about.

Confidence leak

Each abandoned start makes the next one harder to trust.

The turning point starts on an ordinary Monday

The Steady Momentum Method

Three phases, repeated every six weeks. Simple enough to follow when you're tired — which is exactly when it has to work.

Phase 1 of 3

One direction at a time

We name the single outcome that matters this quarter and cut the rest loose. Clarity beats effort.

Phase 2 of 3

A week you can repeat

Two anchor blocks, one review, zero heroics. You build a rhythm that survives a bad Tuesday.

Phase 3 of 3

Proof you can point to

Every fortnight we measure what moved. Progress you can see is what keeps you going.

What your next six weeks actually look like

Everything is built around one repeatable week.

A Steady Momentum small-group session in progress

Live group session, every Tuesday

Twelve people, ninety minutes, cameras on. You leave with the week already decided.

Your one-page quarter plan

We build it together in week one. One outcome, three moves, nothing else.

focus blocks a week — the whole ask

A pod of three

Same three people all cohort. They notice when you go quiet.

The Friday review, in ten minutes

Five questions that turn a messy week into evidence you're moving.

One reset week, no questions

Life happens mid-cohort. Call your reset and pick up where you left off.

The Tuesday I stopped waiting for a better month

I burned out at 33 with eleven half-finished projects.

I was a strategy lead with a good salary and a folder called "someday." Every January I rebuilt the system. Every March I abandoned it. I thought I needed more willpower. What I needed was a smaller week.

So I cut my plan down to two focus blocks and one honest Friday review, and I asked three friends to check on me. In eleven months I finished the book that had been sitting in that folder for four years. Nothing about me changed — only the size of what I asked of myself.

I've taught that same structure to 8,400 people since. It's not clever. It just survives real life, which is the only test that counts.

Ordinary weeks, stacked up

What people finish once the week holds.

I'd been 'about to start' a side practice for three years. Twelve weeks in I had nine paying clients and a Friday I actually enjoy.

My thesis went from a dread I avoided to two calm mornings a week. I submitted chapter four early — that has never happened before.

The pod is the part I underestimated. Three people noticing my Friday review kept me going through a brutal quarter at work.

The things people email me before joining

Honest answers, no pressure.

Most programs hand you a plan and disappear. Here you get a weekly review, a small group that notices when you go quiet, and a system built around the week you actually have — not the ideal one.

Ninety minutes for the group call, plus two 45-minute focus blocks you schedule yourself. Members who do only that still finish the cohort with a shipped result.

Yes. About a third of members are working on a thesis, a career change, or a health goal. The method is about follow-through, not a particular industry.

Sessions are recorded and every member gets one reset week they can call at any point. Falling behind is planned for, not punished.

Attend the first three sessions, do the work, and if it isn't for you, email me before week four for a full refund. No form, no call to talk you out of it.

The next cohort starts Monday, 5 October

Your next chapter fits inside an ordinary week.

Book a fifteen-minute call. We'll talk about what you're carrying and whether this is the right season for it. No pitch either way.
